God used the ministry of Cru to transform Aaron and Heather's lives while they were in college. After graduating they spent a year as interns with Cru doing ministry with university students in the Middle East. They joined the full-time staff of Cru after that and were assigned to Northwest Wisconsin. They lived in Eau Claire and attended Calvary Baptist Church for almost 10 years while working with college students in the area. Having a heart for international missions, they moved to Brisbane, Australia in 2014 for two years with their two kids - Liv and Tate. They returned to the US at the end of 2015 and moved to the Minneapolis area to continue working in international missions out of Cru's Minneapolis office. Aaron's current role involves mobilizing, sending, and caring for Cru's missionaries across the Muslim world, and Heather helps serve and care for Cru staff in eight states across the Midwest. 

 
 

Prayer requests: 

- That we would walk well with the Lord and do all that we do out of an overflow of the Holy Spirit in our lives 

- For wisdom, patience, and grace as we disciple our kids, and that they would continue to grow in Christ and the truth of his Word 

- For the ability to courageously stand for truth and Jesus' way while seeking the flourishing of the broken, fallen world in which we live 

- That the life and teaching of Jesus would be heard from our lips and evident in our lives to all those around us 

- That we would be full of life, peace, and joy no matter our circumstances 

- For ears to hear the voice of the Lord and for the faith to follow wherever he leads
