Describe your ministry: We work with Campus Crusade for Christ. After we finished our brief stint in Orlando at our world headquarters we moved 15 minutes north of the University of Minnesota to minister at U of M and other surrounding campuses. There we will be building student movements on campuses by winning, building and sending students into the world to be a voice for Christ.
How will your ministry in Minnesota be different than it was in Milwaukee? No change from our Milwaukee ministry except now I will be ministering to Vikings fans instead of Packer fans.
What will be some of your upcoming challenges? We are transitioning to a new team in Minnesota of 20 staff. Our team in Milwaukee was 8. Pray God would gel our team and all the personal dynamics that entails.
Any family updates you would like to share? We filled out our initial paperwork for an international adoption in late May. We are hoping and praying we can adopt a sibling group from Ethiopia or Thailand. This is a huge step of faith for our family. This will be the first adoption on either side of our families.
Prayer Requests: We are settled into our home in Mounds View, MN and feel like we are part of the neighborhood already. Our first prayer request is to find a church. There are so many churches in the northern Twin Cities but we have not found a church like Calvary.
